Are you an experienced administrative assistant who thrives in a varied role where structure, service, and coordination are key? Then we might be looking for you to join Stora Enso at the Skoghall mill!

About the role

As an experienced assistant at Stora Enso, you will become an important part of a team of approximately 15 people. In this role, you will support the business in daily administrative work and contribute to creating structure, coordination, and excellent internal service. The role is broad and suits someone who enjoys working closely with operations and providing administrative support across various tasks.

The position is based at the Skoghall mill. However, due to strong regional collaboration within the business, the role also includes travel to Stora Enso's offices in Sickla & Kista, Stockholm, estimated at 2–4 days per month.

This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will be employed by Academic Work with an assignment at Stora Enso. The assignment is expected to run until Spring 2027, with a possible extension thereafter.

We are looking for you who

  • Has previous experience in a similar role as an assistant, administrator, or coordinator.
  • Has excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Has good experience working in SharePoint.
  • Has good experience working in SAP R/3.
  • Is available relatively soon.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Knowledge of the Finnish language.
